Alexander Irigoyen, a network administrator at Lockheed Martin, learned the IT trade in his time in the Marines. He works on an Air Force base monitoring, documenting and maintaining network devices. Recently, he's helped to update the CompTIA Security+ exam. "Anyone entering any IT field must be familiar with information security, whether it concerns data, network or application issues," he says.
