CompTIA CTT+ Certification

"Companies that have trainers on staff require them to hold and keep a current instructional certification, and the CompTIA+ is the most widely recognized of the certifications. If you want to have a training position in the industry today you must be certified."

- Rusty Cooper, Program Manager and Trainer

About CompTIA CTT+™

Together with the Computer Education Management Association (CEMA), the CompTIA Technology Learning Group (TLG) created the CompTIA CTT+ certification. The goal was to establish a single benchmark program for instructors, and eliminate the redundancies among the numerous vendor-sponsored programs in the computer training and education business.

The significance of CompTIA CTT+ is that it is applicable to training professionals in all industries. Trainers in the software, industrial/manufacturing, insurance, academic, telecommunications, and health care industries took part in the development of CompTIA CTT+, ensuring that the test content is appropriate and meaningful to a wide variety of instructors.
